How are your products made?
We are a 100% hand made business. Everything we have is made by hand. Because it's not machine made, no two items are 100% identical!
Are you able to do custom bulk orders?
Please feel free to send me an email and a description on what you'd like to be done. Let's have a conversation.
What's the time frame on shipping?
On average your item has a processing time of 2-3 days, and will be shipped out the day after. However, during the Christmas season this could take a bit longer. There is only a couple of us, and lots of you guys! :)
How do you maintain quality control?
We value quality. All our items are hand made and inspected before it reaches to your doorstep.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes! We are so excited to be offering Afterpay, just choose the Afterpay method at checkout :)
What is your refund/return policy?
Because this is a personalised hand made item and was made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or refunds on change of mind. However, please contact us if you have any issues.
Do you ship world wide?
Yes we do! $20 shipping outside Australia.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Of course*! Just select the express shipping upon checkout! *Australia only.
How are you different from others?
Being a one woman team (with occasional help from some loved ones of course!) I value customer service over anything. My motto is, if your customers are happy then you will succeed.
